SKYE: Skye is a black and white Gypsy Vanner gelding with plenty of substance and hair. His full name "Sonny Moulden Skye" claims a connection to one of the oldest foundation breeders of Gypsy Vanners. His dam, Andromeda, goes back to The Old Horse of Ireland, The Original Kent Horse and The Wagon Mare. His sire is Sonny's Pride.

He is being started under saddle and he thinks it is fun. Skye has Freisian-like movement with lots of "hang time" at the trot, and strong ground-covering action. He is willing to learn and easy to handle. New to the barn, his confidence is growing along with his curiosity.

Skye's pedigree should compliment any Vanner breeding program.

Skye needs a best friend. Look in his eyes and tell me he is not magic. I spent an hour with him again today feeding him his third apple. Oh oh! He likes me quite a bit. He is wonderful. I think gelding him was a great thing. Now he has all kind of barn friends. The lonely life of a stallion... Just my thoughts. Someone should sweep him up in a minute because he has heart. A big one!
