India is a four plus year old Gypsy/Shire Sport horse mare. Her sire is lord Mcleod. She looks just like him. She is registered with the GCDHA, registration number CG0510014M07. India stands at 15.0 plus hands. India has been in training since she was 2 years old. Showed in hand at the CHR USDA dressage sport horse event on 7/22/2007 and won a 69.90 rating. In her first show, she was ridden by an amateur rider in the CHR schooling dressage show on 07/27/2009. She received 65% in the introductory level, test A. She was ridden by her trainer, Jennifer Willson of CJ ranch, 07/31/2009 at CHR at the schooling dressage show. India received high 60's marks. She has been carefully trained using the Klimke method. She is round, supple and strength building with no collection. We have been slowly building the horse with correct exercises and methods, no rushing. She also goes on trail rides each week and enjoys them. She is a gentle and sweet mare who is very loving and kind. She will turn into a gorgeous dressage prospect or pleasure riding horse for the new owner. She has been ridden bare back by the kids at the ranch and is gentle. She is forward and can move. Her current owner is too large for her and wants India to be loved and utilized by the right person. She will be sold only to a good home. |
