Elvis was born in 2007 here at Magnolia Ranch in Katy Texas. We sold him as a weanling three years ago and have been fortunate to have bought him back. Elvis is our new favorite at MVP. We adored his dam COCO Channel and his sire is the famous Gypsy Vanner stallion Bandon. Bandon is Anne Bevan's favorite stallion of all time. His temperament is super calm and he wants to please you in every way. This young Gypsy stallion is very special. He will be much finer in a year because he still has two years of maturing left. Note from Lisa 06/03/2010: Well there is so much great news at gypsy MVP right now!!! I am so excited about our new editions. Not only have we had some of the prettiest babies we have had so far, but we also have received two new stallions. I wanted to tell you all that Elvis is back! We breed him on our ranch over three years ago, his dam is Coco Channel and his sire is Bandon. Bandon was my all time favorite Gypsy, who would kiss you good morning when you came in, and was so special I am not sure I can describe him. Now his son Elvis has won my heart too. He has his daddy's charm and looks not to mention his mother great nature. He is only three right now and already is extremely well put together. Elvis is easy to work with, and kinda shy, but he has that personality that makes you want to hug him real tight. We have started breeding him and I can not wait to see his first baby next year. I think he is better looking than his sire ( sorry Bandon, still love you big guy) So I think when he reaches his peak you may see this handsome guy on the Gypsy calendars. |
